Mini Clippers
Mini Clippers is a fun and exciting program that allows children to be introduced to the game of basketball. This program provides an environment where children of all abilities can achieve on the court and reap the rewards of skill development, enhanced self-esteem, social co-operation and grassroots sports participation.
Basketball is a fantastic sport that can be played all year around, indoors or outdoors and you don’t even need a hoop!
Our Mini Clippers program is for all boys and girls from 6 years to 10 years of age and ALL abilities with these sessions using a “game sense” approach where children learn basketball through playing lots of games and activities.
Your child must be 6 years old to register for this program.
SATURDAY SESSION TIMES
- 8:00 – 9:00amUnder 8 Girls
- 9:00 – 10:00amUnder 10 Girls

- 11:00 – 12:00pmUnder 10 Boys
- Term 2Commences Saturday 20th April and last session Saturday 1st June.
- Term 3Commences Saturday 20th July and last session Saturday 31st August.

Mini Clippers Registration Cost
Mini Clippers registration for Term 2, 2024 open Saturday 16th March.
- Basketball Australia Game Day Levy (12-months): $5.50
- Basketball QLD Registration – Intro to Basketball (12-months): $5.00
- Term Mini Clippers Fee – $100 per term
- * All above amounts are exclusive of any processing or platform fees
POSITIONS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED SO PLEASE REGISTER EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
Late starts are welcome if there are positions available with the cost to be pro rata at $15 per session for the remaining weeks in the term plus your BA and BQ annual registrations. For late starts please contact the office to confirm there is availability in your child’s age group before registering.
